Sorry for the digital dust here at our site. We are currently working hard to re-create our website with new rich content and will launch it sometime mid-December 2009. Check back soon as there will be a lot flux on the site during the next few weeks.

Why the changes? My coaching focus has changed over the past 4 years. Although I will continue to provide business coaching and productivity workshops for my clients, as a performance coach, I also plan to work with more individuals that have weigh loss goals as this has evolved to be 75% of my business over the past two years.
